Comprises a glass cylinder with a non-return float valve at its lower end, which also has an outlet side tube at its lower end, that in turn communicates the lower end of a secondary cylinder also equipped with a non-return float valve.
The outlet tube from a secondary cylinder is drawn out into a jet.
